1. We will establish a global network of NGOs to function as representatives of each region throughout the world and work closely with the United Nations and other international organizations to address various global issues.
2. We will try to globalize the inter-regional networks with the cooperation of NGOs which will play a leading role in establishing a firm and open network.
3. We agree that all NGOs participating in this conference will work and act together to establish a region-led global civil society.
4. We will promote activities to raise public awareness on a wide spectrum of different problems we face in today's world.
